Twice, when fraud troubles hit, TEG worked to quickly recover my money. The manager and tellers made sure my funds were returned and banking info was protected. They were prompt, professional and personable. Teg credit Union was there for me!

There was a lot of hype about “exciting new features”. Unfortunately, the one I needed the most is gone: my ability to pay my credit card from an external account - which I need to do from time to time. Now I have to transfer funds which takes 5 days to post and make a payment that takes another 5 days to post so basically, my credit card payment will ALWAYS be late unless I have the payment in advance…..and if that’s the case, I might as well pay $$ and skip the card altogether. Pretty much makes the whole thing useless to me . Thanks a lot TEG 😡

It’s literally the same app as before with slightly different visuals, and now I can’t find how to check my credit card. So if anything it’s worse then the original app
