This game immediately gives a premium feel to it, the graphics resolution, smoothness of the game is just amazing in other words fluent gameplay. You basically start off with stocking shelves with basic tier of card packs and work your way up, thereโs a button in the screen to tap to lower the time between customers. Which brings me to the biggest reason why I got sucked into the game but also why I got upset. You can tap that button ALL day and you wonโt get a random annoying ad, thatโs not to say there isnโt any. Instead the ads appear on the side to help you get more customers, give you a money boost, gems, or lower card restocking times. This system I was very very happy with because it let me choose if I wanted to boosts or not, if you donโt want to boost then the game play like an AD FREE experience. I liked it so much that I started watching the ads every time I played the game for a boost and to support the developer. After two weeks of playing I decided this game really caught my attention and I should give back to the developer by purchasing the โ NO ADS BUT INSTANT REWARDโ feature thinking this will be a great way to support the game and also I could get tons of boosts faster. But this is when I noticed there was a catch that I didnโt anticipate. The ads to help you boost would appear anymore and if they did the frequency was a fraction of what they used to be. 2 days straight playing 4-5 hours a day and not one ad would come up. Honestly would rather not have paid this and watched 30sec videos and gotten the boosts. For that I rate it 4/5. Feels like a penalty for supporting the developer :/. Still love the game tho just upset.
I really love the game, bought the 4.99 manager pack because itโs well worth the price. Love the variety of the cards and the opening of packs. However, I have two little issues with the game. 1. Is it intentional that the increasing valuation of cards and their chance to be sold stops around 1 Qd? Up until that point, the probability of selling a card relative to its price would increase as you sold cards for higher value, as you upgraded the store and as you accumulated more money. This gradual increase stops completely at 1 Qd, where the value is stuck at a .8% sell rate despite having well over 20 Qd in my funds and days of gameplay since reaching this benchmark. This persists through multiple prestiges. 2. The overcharge rates - they seem to be pretty meaningless relative to the actual price of the packs themselves. It feels kind of pointless to upgrade them because, relative to how high your profits go, an extra couple of percent or less per upgrade never even registers. Once you get to the 1 Qd area I mentioned before, your pack / box sales actually are pretty much worthless, and your individual card sales are the only way to advance, which is a problem due to that first issue I mentioned earlier. I really, really love this game and have spent so much time on it! These were just the two things that really stood out to me as making it less than the experience it could be. Donโt get me wrong, itโs already amazing - these are just two little things that could make a world of difference. Thank you for your hard work!
I, like many others, picked this up expecting it to be like a bunch of idle games on the market - laden with ads, no interesting gameplay loops, etc. However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised! This game is fun without being boring, has a nice progression system, and you get to live the fantasy of being a successful card shop owner in this economy, haha! Some suggestions Iโd like to give to an already great game: - Iโd love to be able to choose when to expand my shop, instead of it being automatic when all shelves are purchased. I like the aesthetic of a small store, personally, Iโd love to be able to keep it small until I want to buy more shelves. - A method of selling multiple cards on display! Iโd love to be able to load up a slot with all of my cards of a certain type instead of doing it manually, six individual cards at a time. If I have 20 1-star commons of a single card, Iโd love to get around needing to type the price in 19 times to sell all of my extras!
