Love that it delivers client requests directly to my smartphone without having to give out my phone number. My only wish is that removing the tawk to logo was more affordable. For small businesses it’s hard to justify $29/mon just to clean up the appearance ever so slightly. Livechat is $20 a month with more features. Having a ‘remove our branding’ for like $5 a month would land more subscribers. Something for the dev team to consider. Overall thank you for creating a great service.

The app worked perfectly till the new update. Too many glitches. Hours after a user leaves website, it stills shows them on active chat no matter how many times you close the chat or leave it. Same issue with visitors. Revert to older version, it worked much better.

Just found this app today and could not be more thrilled with how well this works! I was so skeptical when they said it was free. But no ad version, and I was even blown away I could completely customize the color settings and everything to match our website! iOS app works amazing, so intuitive and easy to use! I feel like I have no room to complain based on how amazing this app is and that it’s free! BUT I would seriously LOVE if this program came out with an Apple Watch app. How many times do you miss a text because your phone was on silent or you left it in a different room? I feel like it completely defeats the purpose if someone messages you and you don’t see it for like a half hour. Not the creators fault, but this would be the end all be all of chat apps if there was an Apple Watch app!
