TADA – Ride Hailing

Wrong maps - shows incorrect entry where there is fence, incorrect indication of driver arrival when driver is way far away , driver arrived screen pathetic blocks whole app cannot chat cannot see driver location cannot even see the car number plate. App unstable - even driver had issues accepting trip. This a very low quality service and support - you expose yourself to wrong fees charged as late fees due to incorrect maps and locations.

Today I booked two places but the app only captured one place. I was in a hurry to pick up a client and head to MBFC tower 2. This kind soul took me to the destination without charging me extra. I offered to give him a tip and he politely declined maintaining a professionalism ethic. Very rare to find such a kind soul in todays world. A big thank you from the boot of my heart for getting me to my final destination on time. This is the best human being I have seen so far. Thank you Tada for having such professional driver like him. Businesses don’t get it - credit card fees is THEIR problem not OURS as consumers. You don’t want my business, charge me for using credit card and I’ll go somewhere else immediately.
