TC is great. The food is fantastic, and the people at every location generally seem like they like their job and they have a good attitude. The app however, is sucking big time. The previous app and this new update both have been severely lacking. It lacks basic functions and is very buggy. Here are some examples from the new app. One, adding your credit card to the new rewards program isn’t working. Says that the card is ‘already registered’ to another email, even though they just required us to switch over to a new app and seemingly my old account is forgotten, even if the points did transfer. Another example, a new reward clearly says ‘two free tacos’ from the new reward system, but actual reward applied in your cart only gives one free. I will say that the layout of the new app is better. But It’s missing information. There needs to be small descriptions on each of the foods, there’s not even an item count. For new limited items for example, they have Churros. Doesn’t say how many you are ordering. In cases like this, a photo is not good enough because it can easily be used by the company to be misleading. You see two churros in the photo, you assume you get two. In reality, they send you one. This did not happen to me, but it opens you up to liabilities, even for something so trivial. My final thought is that you just need to spend way more time on the developing of this app and testing it. It has not been cutting it for a long time.
We have been stopping by this location for breakfast for a while. Always fresh and delicious breakfast on the weekends. Friendly faces every time. Most of the time we order for the shop, (10 to 18 workers), so quickly we get back with the order. I definitely recommend this location to all people I know.
Downloaded this cause I was craving tacos all day… where to even start… wouldn’t let me order anything through the app and kept giving an error… so, I went through drive through… 3 crispy beef tacos add sour cream, a chicken burrito bowl with no shell, and a chicken fajita quesadilla… long story short… not ONE single item was correct… received three soft tacos with no sour cream (crispy tacos with sour cream is literally why I didn’t go to Taco Bell… in hindsight… I should have)… chicken burrito bowl came with a shell… and my quesadilla literally had nothing in it… no cheese, no chicken… “do you want pico de gallo?” “Yes please”… nope none of that either… it was essentially two tortillas that were slightly warm… my dogs hesitated eating it… thankfully for your sake they are fat and will eat just about anything… I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m disappointed… I had been craving a good taco all day… and even ordered a quesadilla in case the tacos didn’t hit the mark… swing and a miss… well… at least we have the wife’s bowl… oh wait… that was incorrect too… it’ll be a minute… but I hope next time we will at least be able to pretend y’all listened
