Swig Drinks

The app works great! My ordering process is always very smooth! I just have one suggestion for developers: as someone who counts their calories, I wish that as I customized my order, I could be provided with a drink calorie total, possibly at the very end when I add the final drink to my order or as I’m building it out. I don’t love being in the dark about how many calories I’m drinking, even though I know it’s kind of an estimated total bc it varies by the employee who makes it.

I was able to open the app twice since downloading it a month ago. Both times, it took forever to load. I’ve seen snails move faster. There’s no portion for using with Apple Pay for when you’re ready to checkout. Since those 2 times, I haven’t been able to open the app at all. It just sits there trying to load forever and doesn’t go past the Swig logo. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and even did a hard reset on my phone and nothing has changed. They might have good drinks but they definitely aren’t caring if you order ahead nor if you can earn “rewards”. Very frustrating.

I love going to Swig! The team members are always friendly and provide excellent service. A special shoutout to Shili—she always has a great smile and a wonderful personality that makes the experience even better. The Swig app is also a game changer! It makes ordering ahead super easy, and I love earning rewards for my favorite drinks. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick pick-me-up or treating myself to something new, the experience is always top-notch. Highly recommend!
