Won't allow the sales emails/ discounts for professionals to apply to the app. Have to use the website. App is very glitchy
App was great at the start but now it is not showing my latest order and is really slow to load. Track parcel button doesn’t work in email so I have no way of checking on delivery. No way of contacting company to raise these issues. Chatline opened for short time and emails are taking 15 days to reply. I have been a really good customer but will be thinking twice before ordering again.
