StubHub - Event Tickets

The support for stubhub were brilliant. I had some tickets to see arsenal and the seller could not fulfill the order, so support substituted my tickets and found me replacement seats quickly. Gotta say they were great and will buy with them again.

Was thrilled when my tickets sold on Stubhub and received my funds six days after the gig. Some things worked better on the app and others using my laptop. For instance, I only seemed able to upload my ticket pdf with my laptop. Also found it worrying that the sold tickets area still showed “upload tickets” after I had successfully done so. Another improvement would be allowing sellers to add important pre-show info to the listing which would be forwarded to the buyer. I received useful information, including a slightly later starting time, from the venue and wanted my buyer to know. Overall a good experience though and grateful to StubHub for helping me sell my seats!
