I am usually against reviews, however, I am taking time to leave one this time. Let me start by saying BRAVO ZULU to Josh and Ashley for their commitment to my concerns/issues, and basically to the entire team. I have to admit that I am surprised with the customer service provided. When this company took over from old management, I was expecting things to be sub-par at best as a result of a total virtual means of communication. However, I am greatly surprised (so far) at the professionalism, timeliness, and dedication in resolving any issues presented. I have had a couple of incidents and the team has responded above my expectations. Thank you for making me feel like you really care!! God bless!!

Just got unit and Debbie is an amazing person and asset to your business. She is professional, and very thorough in explaining all terms & procedure in renting a unit. She was even kind enough to stay over after closing time to get me in a unit. She is adorable and has a great personality, even at the end of a work day! Now where do you find that nowadays? Thank you Debbie for your time & help in getting me into this unit at the last minute -look forward to having this unit in your facility! Hope you have a great relaxing evening and day off tomorrow!
