I have made 2 attempts to receive pest control services in my unit that have yet to be acknowledged by the property. I recently found a mouse in a glue trap I had placed near the kitchen to catch cockroaches. The app did not provide me the option to choose the kitchen area and therefore had to enter it under “appliance.” I don’t think anyone from administration or maintenance is able to see these requests as I’ve just submitted my 3rd one for services that I’m also feed for monthly. There shouldn’t be a reason why I’m having to wait months for services I’ve paid fees for when it’s part of the lease agreement and part of state law.
The app is very user friendly and easy to use. I have no complaints. Lots of new functions that other apps don’t have.
From the moment things were switched to the new system I was able to jump right in and use it without a problem.
