StarHub Prepaid App

Right now I'm not able to login because this would just throw invalid phone number error. This had happened earlier as well but the got fixed on its own. How am I supposed to recharge without this login working?

I have just topped up the main balance of $30 and used $5 to buy a data roaming, it suppose to have $25 left. But it end up showing $1 left and this happen not just once. My main balance have been charged for more than 8 times. Contacted the support team but no one can solve the problem. What the agents can do is just telling me that they will raise report and investigation will be conduct that’s it. Such a useless telco. Until today still nobody helping to solve this issue.

The app would at times shows wrong wallet balance. I need to off and on my phone to reflect the ‘correct’ balance, but the ‘correct’ balance always a few cents lesser. In addition, i can’t make phone call if the balance is ‘low’, so on and off the phone would allow me to call. I’ve reflected this issue to the WhatsApp Starhub support but to no avail. Guess will switch to other telco soon.
