The app gui is organinzed reasonably well and seems easy to use. However completing on line payments in the app for dues is almost impossible as it always returns a network error message

Ok I placed my order over a month ago and even tho I know COVID is messing a lot of online shipping up right now, but I still haven’t received any update on my order, I’ve tried to put in my tracking number for so many different package tracking websites and they all say the location of my item is unknown but it’s “on its way”. I’ve ordered 5 other things before and after this where some were international shipping and I’ve already received them and my tracking number started working after a few days on those orders.

It's not about only the app, but for the whole system. It's time for you to upgrade your system. I got my tracking number for 4 days but it's not be found on your system. Having an application is not so important if you still have a poor delivery system. Compared to any other post offices in this world, you guys are one of the most disappointing post system for me.
