I paid off my mortgage in cash that day someone from Silver State called me to ask how I wanted the money applied.?? I’m like dude I paid it off. Then I get a call from Timisha Haskins saying that Emily said I wanted to open up a new home loan?? No, I just paid it off. Now two weeks later it’s still not posted. I get a recipe card in the mail from Silver State from Timisha. I’ve called multiple times. I’ve been in the branch multiple times and still nothing. This is absurd. I paid in cash. Also, my husband made a mortgage payment for our other home and it got posted to this mortgage, which he’s never paid on before what is wrong with Silver State.

So I love the people at Silver State Credit Union. I also like how they are helpful and easy to work with. However I’m not a fan of there quiet machine with a small or no camera that is only available outside their facility where people can easily rob you. Unless you go to a market where their machine is also available but usually broken. And I’m also not a fan of the one feature that’s NOT AVAILABLE on this app, Zelle. Most banks and credit union banks have Zelle built into their apps. I have to use the Zelle app itself to make transfers because this app doesn’t have it intergraded into it. And now that the Zelle app will be no more soon, I’m going to have to switch banks with one that has Zelle built in their apps which is like every other one. If this app doesn’t get Zelle, my family and friends who have silver state credit union will be closing our accounts and moving somewhere else.

I love my credit union all the people are always so kind I’ve been with the schools credit union for over 30 years and they’ve always done a fantastic job and helpful. I’ve been with them for over 20 years.
