Weststar CU has excellent customer service in the branch but every single time I transfer money from an external account, I have to call because the money it’s not available. Always under the reason my account is New and because of other security reasons. I don’t understand why, if I have been many times in the branch, doing operations, my account keeps MY MONEY on hold until I make a phone call. You should find a different way to make sure the operation be successful even if you have to call the customer or create a 2AF, or whatever but it’s really upset to make a call every time. Time is very important for you as a bank, but it’s very important for us as customers

I dont like that the login is the same login as my device . I want a second level of security with a different log in #2 I want to be able to sort my expenses in categories you can’t on the app

Fact is the app is ok, you can log in using your thumb print, you can add your outside account to WestStar account, but I noticed a few flaws. First flaw is I have a credit card with WestStar, the credit card isn’t added onto WestStar and it isn’t able to be added, you have to log into WestStar off the app and log in. Second flaw is WestStar had multiple accounts nothing is simple, for example I have two vehicles mine and my wife’s vehicle, we see the loan on both which is good, but WestStar doesn’t tell you which account they’ll take the money out of due to having literally 6 accounts which is bs. I am only suppose to have two one checking and one savings. Lastly the third flaw is there is when transferring money from my primary checking to WestStar they charge 5 dollar transfer fee which is bs and they never told me this.
