I love greater Nevada credit union. They have been a tremendous help in establishing my finances. I’ve had nothing but positive in-person experience at the banks. I highly recommend their services. This app reflects their commitment to quality and service. One of my favorite features is the remote deposit. With this feature you can deposit your checks with just a picture! Maybe that’s not so important but to me it’s the little details that count. They deserve 5 stars for such quality service and excellence in their field. Without a doubt this app deserves that rating.

So first off, let me start by saying this is your basic banking app. It does what you needed to do and the transfer between accounts is pretty simple. However, there’s only a few flaws that really should be addressed and fixed given how long the app has been out. The first one is having to use a separate app to manage your bank cards. I suppose it cuts down on server traffic, but we really should be able to do it all in one app. Number two is the finalization of pending purchases. More often than not once it hits the weekend it shows your pending purchases added back into your total account balance so then you think you have more in your account than you do. And while I do understand that it is your responsibility to manage your finances correctly in no way shape or form should depending subtract from your total balance, then get added back in and then a few days later taken back out. Example you have $100 $50 pending so you have $50 available. Then the weekend hits. Now it shows you have $100 available with nothing pending. Come Tuesday you have $50 available due to the pending transactions finalizing. We have technology. It’s pretty easy to fix. Shouldn’t be that hard, but it has caused issues. Other than that, the app does pretty much anything you need from requesting loans, new cards, checking balance balances transactions, but it does need work.

This app has a very clean, easy-to-read interface. The navigation is intuitive as well. I’m always easily able to find what I’m looking for without having to struggle. Some of the functions require logging in to other portals, but that doesn’t detract from the app. The account balances are featured prominently, and you can easily see at a glance how your funds are distributed across your accounts. (I just wish I had more money in mine, lol.) But this app is really nice and easy to use. There are a lot of functions, but it’s not cluttered or busy. Everything is easy to find. Overall, I really enjoy it. It’s made online banking tremendously easier.
