This app allows my coach to connect with my team and build workouts for us. By using this it’s easier to communicate your workout splits with your coach. Instead of having each team mate tell him the split of each rep, we can just send it over online where it is saved in the coaches account. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to have an easy way to communicate with their coach and to improve their season.
