It’s been a pleasure using the Spacious app to search for, filter, and browse rental listings for me in Hong Kong. The notifications for new relevant listings according to my saved searches are what alerted me to an ideal new listing. I reached out to the agent right in the app, got a response soon after, and was able to see the flat and secure my new rental!

Excellent app for general qualitative estimates on real estate rental and purchase prices for Hong Kong and surrounding areas. Of course before you buy or sell significantly more due diligence is required but this app is excellent for window shopping due to its quite large base of available properties, financial analyses and vast and diverse neighborhoods. The only thing missing would be neighborhood crime statistics.

We’ve had to move three times in three years for various reasons and I couldn’t have done it without Spacious! The clear information, ability to select down to very specific criteria and locations, the comparative data to check prices and the easy chat / email functions to connect with estate agents are by far the best I’ve seen in any market. I recommend Spacious to any friends who are moving to or within Hong Kong. Love it!
