The worst app I have ever experienced. Poor navigation, no organization, constant re-entry of details required, motivates customers to NOT use. And loyalty points are almost worthless with matching worthless “rewards”. You need professional help to fix. Ugh.

I uploaded my receipt for my parking, but I was still charged because it required you to press another button to pay when you leave and I keep forgetting. If I already uploaded my receipt, why do I have to go back to redeem it? Such a waste of users time. The app UX is so poorly designed that it’s not even intuitive on what needs to be done. How do I get a refund on my parking??!!

Parking redemption used to be super quick and easy. You show up at the counter, show receipts, place your Octopus. The operator taps a few keys, done in 30 seconds. Now you MUST use this app to do parking validation: you have to download the app (3 minutes if you can download at all); navigate the app to first scan receipts and have it do some OCR (1 minute); hunt through the app to find the fxxxing parking validation menu (still can’t find it). All while having to bother not just one but two poor operators who have to explain patiently over and over again how to work the dang app. I mean Lee Gardens must have spent HKD millions in building this app but have to 1) pay for more operators, 2) cause huge customer dissatisfaction. All for what? Someone is going to get fired.
