I downloaded this and purchased one month to try it out for less than the price of a cup of coffee. Everything I’ve tried, I’ve liked! Most of the videos are less than 10 minutes which works well for me. You can select something for 90 seconds or even do a longer yoga class (the last one I did was 30 minutes but they have shorter sessions). There are a lot of visualization options, singing bowls with nature sounds, etc. It all feels very intentional and peaceful. When one song is over it goes right into the next which I like. I love this app and hope they continue to add content.

Had a few issues to begin with but now the app is working well and is fantastic.

This is the real deal healing suite in an app. I’m excited to see its growth and expansion. Thanks for sharing this gift with us 🙏🏾
