This app is useless, it doesn’t work even though the information I am using is correct. Always gives an error.

I tried to authenticate today and it tells me my data is wrong. It’s not. It also tells me this before it has even a second to go out to the SNS database and check, so it’s not actually validating. Further, my wife has been using it for months - a previous version. Now, she is having the same exact problem.

I cannot access this application. I put in all of my information and it doesn’t work. I’ve been to the health department and they have verified the data is accurate and even added my email address so I could try getting in that way and it didn’t work either. When I try using my phone number, when I put the last number in, I get an error “…must be 9 digits long” and it is! When I put my email address in it says “data is not in accordance with the information contained in the patient national registry”. UGH!!
