I am the king of rotting. This app and service is insane. I place an order and it arrives at my doorstep in 10 minutes. Their new subscription for free delivery is also only $7.99 a month. It is literally snacks delivered to your door efficiently at a minimal upcharge!

In case someone forgets part of your order, prepare to get no refund and pretty much waste your money. The first time I used this app I ordered two energy drinks and a snack, very simple request. As is the case with pretty much any delivery service, it was pretty expensive for what I was actually getting, which is why I was disappointed that they had only given me one drink yet kept the delivery fee as it was. No biggie, things happen, I figured that I could just get a refund and that would be that. Well, no. I tried emailing about this twice, however it wouldn’t go through because the customer support email address that is listed on the app “does not exist” and would not be sent. I then tried a separate email listed on their website and, while it went though that time, I still have not received any response. It’s kind of sketchy in all honesty, a month or two has passed since this and I’m fine with it but I will never use this app again and wanted to warn others of my experience.

They have everything you need and get it to you super quick with great customer service. What more could you ask for?
