Recent update- now works flawlessly
I’ve been using this app since it first came out and it’s definitely had its ups and downs. At the beginning of the summer the app didn’t even really work so I had to use the web browser version which seems to never have an issue which is a nice fall back. Now that they’ve updated the app it is working seamlessly without any issue so therefore five stars!

Unstable trash as of 2020
It used to work flawlessly in 2019. Now it stops working on biweekly basis. Keeps logging the app off, often doesn't even connect at all for several hours. Worst case it took them 2 days to fix a connectivity issue. The Google Assistant mostly doesn't work at all and also sometimes disconnects, requiring a complete authorization process step through. Moreover, you can't even switch it on manually even though the device has a button – you literally have to unplug the AC unit and connect it to the outlet directly to get some cool air when their services go down. Save yourself time and do not use it.

So hard to use, now broken
This app is such garbage. It was buggy and inconsistent before, and now after an update that supposedly fixed bugs, it crashes every time I try to start the app. Restarting the app, and restarting the phone didn’t fix it. Worthless
