FlyCleaners Laundry On-Demand

Edit (August 2019): They returned my clothes and I was happy that they did, it could have been a carrier mistake or just a glitch. I was satisfied with how the clothes were cleaned and folded for me so I tried again! What a mistake... I forgot how bad their customer service is! Their motto should be "gotta collect them all" as in collect all of their customers clothing and no contact after. This time I can't even leave a message on their support phone line as it first never works and now can't leave message, why even have the phone line then. I emailed them twice and obviously no contact from them again... Please stay away. I used the service for couple times without much trouble and issues. This time (yesterday) the order suddenly disappeared from the app. They picked up my clothes earlier this week and I was waiting for them to deliver them and once I didn't get them in time I checked my app and there is no order to reference! I call the support on the app, leave a message since it was past 5pm... I also send an email.. and I call again today and it's always busy. I don't think their support is online or working for that matter... I don't know what to do! My clothes are just gone and I have little hope they're going to get back to me. This is so frustrating to not have my clothes and also have to go buy them now. AND THEY DO NOT REPLY OR RESPOND! Not worth the risk and if you look at Google reviews many people have the same issue...

Please note—this comment only relates to the Laundry service (dry cleaning is fine). This company could not be less reliable—I would give this app/company zero stars if given the opportunity. My washing machine broke about a month ago, and so I have started using FlyCleaners for my laundry in addition to my dry cleaning. My experience with their laundry service has been a disaster since Day 1. FlyCleaners only arrives for a scheduled pick-up or delivery about 20 percent (or less) of the time. I will receive a text message saying that my delivery or pick-up window will begin in an hour, and then three hours pass and I find that my previously-scheduled pick-up/return has somehow become my unscheduled. I’ve left work early several times so that I am home on time to give/get my clothes, only to have to leave work early the next day in the hopes that this time, FlyCleaners will actually arrive. Additionally, to add insult to injury, their customer service is a joke—I think I waited one or two weeks for a response to my email in which I asked “you were supposed to come tonight, but didn’t—can you assure me someone will come tomorrow?”. Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY unimpressed. My clothes also still smelled dirty when I got them back. I am so excited for my landlord to fix my washing machine, but in the meantime, I guess I need to find a new company to do my washing.

I have used Fly Cleaners for machine washable items to be picked up, washed, folded and returned the next day. I received them back right on time and well handled. The unscented wash smells fresh (yay! no cloying scent) and all was folded neatly and was sorted and easy to put away. I accidentally threw in something I would have normally hand washed but it was fine. Though I would not do this except by mistake I was pleased to see no damage or shrinking. If you tend to run late be careful about scheduling. These folks run ON TIME. (Yay again!!) I had an 8-9 am pickup window today that I had scheduled in advance. The driver was here promptly at 8. I am very happy with this service especially because it costs roughly the same as using machines and your own detergent. I won’t be going back to my building laundry room. It’s nice enough but who needs it when there is FlyCleaners?
