Not going to lie at first using the app drove me insane when trying to connect the Bluetooth. So this is how you connect the Bluetooth . 1. Connect your phone to Bluetooth and click on BSOO3B and there’s another similar name as this one click to connect on both Bluetooth names. 2. Open this app and go to the bottom of the app. Click on the Bluetooth icon all the way to the right . You’ll see a search icon click on it. Then it’ll find the Bluetooth connection then connect. 3. Now enjoy and leave a review.

hello! I recently got the light and I have figured out that you can’t play the music in the app but if your music can be heard outside the app, like Apple Music, you can play music. It’s kinda like a speaker, not a radio. For light problems, try the second switch on the app to have RGB lighting, but for yellow and white lighting, use the first switch. Hope this helps, as for my experience, it’s working perfectly.

Can someone PLEASE update this app and fix these problems????? I am connected through Bluetooth but my app says I’m not. It’s leaves me stuck with a bright white light unable to turn it off or change it if I want to leave the fan on. It makes it impossible to quickly to turn off a light (and keep fan on) while getting my son ready for bed. Such a nuisance!!! I was so excited about this fan and paid someone to install it and now it doesn’t even work correctly!!!! If the app was updated to get rid of Bluetooth issues it would solve a lot of problems. So irritated!
