I’m unable to select a specific color from the ring light color spectrum. I can only choose from red, green, blue and several other blinking light selections. I cannot use the blinking lights as they bother me. I bought the product specifically because it advertised that I could choose any color in the app, but that function is not working in my app. I paid to have this fan light installed and the app doesn’t work as advertised and I have no way to contact the manufacturer so I’m pretty dissatisfied, especially because I bought it specifically for the additional light spectrum features in the app that aren’t in the remote. The app literally only does what the remote does and more, there’s no point to it and it’s false advertising and it wasted my money because I can’t get a return on the installation fee.

The app won’t connect to my light/fan. it’s not finding it and I lost my remote I found multiple reviews saying I don’t need it but once I connect it to my phone it will make the remote stop working and it will never pair back up, this app is dumb, I like that there’s more to the app than the remote has but what’s to use if I can’t even pair it to my stuff? If I don’t have the option to pair it with my phone then it was a waste of time to even download this app… I don’t regret the light that was bought but I regret getting the app HOPING that I could use my phone to use my stuff and not need my remote. I thought that this app would help me out when I lost my remote and when I looked at the instructions for the stuff to “wife pair” it, there wasn't a button to pair it Through the app... What? Like, come on now... Be better

Wow, this app is useless garbage! Once you pair the light/fan with your mobile device and power the light/fan on, several of the app functions do not work. For example, if you use the remote to turn on the light, and then you try to use the app to turn the light off using the app, the app displays an error message saying that you cannot turn the light off when the light is off. If you turn the light/fan off using the app (leaving the wall switch turned on), and then try to use the app to turn the light on, the app displays the same error. If you have the light on and you try to use the app to adjust the light color, you Lai get the same error. No matter what you do, it is impossible to control the light using the app, and most of the fan functions do not work correctly with the app, either. You can also only control the fan speed using the rotary dial on the app. If you tap the “fan speed up” or “fan speed down” icons at the bottom of the app screen, the app displays the same error. Forget the app. Just use the remote (if you can tolerate the electric buzzing sound and the light pulsing every three seconds). Cheap junk made in China.
