I purchased annual subscription... and I was able to use it pretty well... but after getting my IPhone 11 pro max, I am not able to use the app... please it’s really helpful for my health and I need to use it every week..... pls look into the matter and resolve it

I really like the App. The Asanas, pranayams and the general guidance all fall under one roof. The only reason I’m taking two stars off is because I enolled for a quarter. I have not yet completed a quarter and somehow I’m not able to access the app anymore. It is showing me all the free stuff but For the paid stuff it is asking me to register again. It does not show any contact information where I can email and get it rectified. So I am posting it here. Hope someone from the team can help. Update: Deleted the app, installed and logged in again to resolve the issue. However figured out on my own

I subscribed this app that time everything worked properly now I want to unsubscribe but the page for my account does not load at all. I tried multiple times but nothing seems to work and they already deducted money. I would like to have my refund at the earliest. I tried to unsubscribe before exceeding initial three days time but the app profile page has never loaded. I tried to installing the app in my friends phone right now and logged in with the details and that’s when I was able to unsubscribe since I was lucky to have page loaded in her mobile. Can you please refund the 9$.
