Started using recently with 11 driver cards and it’s pretty good but needs a few additions to be really useful. It’s a nuisance not having a desktop app and a log-in option for someone else. For each purchase, it doesn’t show details, only shows date, price and fuel type, not the amount of fuel or price per litre. Also the location is just the name of the Shell station, not where it is. Being the only administrator (which has to be a company owner) is a nuisance because when I’m away noone else can log in to get bills or check/change drivers’ weekly limits. There’s no alert so when one of my staff tried to buy fuel which would have gone over his weekly limit I didn’t know. His card was declined so he had to pay with his own money.
This app hits the ground running. I don’t understand why people have difficulty signing up or logging in. One feature I would suggest is to show me when I can use my card again after using it. When I use my fuel card, I can’t use it for 7 days. It sounds simple to track it myself, but it’s a nifty feature I would appreciate having! Other than that, it’s great! Does exactly what it’s supposed to do!
Received the card within a couple of days and had to wait for the pin to be able to activate. Once pin was received the option to activate disappeared off the app so I’m left him with a card I can’t use. After posting this earlier review, I emailed customer services for the third time I told them I had not received a response to my last email, sent for days previously and was still unable to activate the card. Twenty minutes later I received an email saying that my card now been activated, and it is working fine.
