Vodafone Secure Net

This app protection continually every 3 months or so logs out . No warning , no advice or reminder . Isn’t this the whole point of “ being protected 24/7” Hence the 1 star rating . My question is why is there no warning it’s disconnected ? To update - Vodafone looked at email and replied - advised that the system is monitoring and because auto updates take place does require regular checking for visual connection ,although behind scenes it is working . Thank you ,noted but maybe you can delve further ,as it does seem if your a mobile provider to mobile phones , there should be a better solution for all even if just a “notification “to - re log in . Thank you

The problem with secure net is you cannot control it. Like most Vodafone broadband and other products it does stuff in the background. You get alerts but nothing to tell you why so you can investigate. I can’t help thinking it is blocking legitimate stuff on my network as I have my own router and firewalls behind the Vodafone hub and many alerts are stated as attempts from a certain make of devices which my gear is. Probably blocking stuff it should too. I’d just like to have some logs I could check and some way of configuring what I want not just leaving it all to Vodafone (their hub WiFi is the same , no way to configure it just says it is controlled by them). Also it seems to insist I set up parental controls - I don’t have any children here though.

Absolutely outstanding. I’ve managed to put my driving license passport credit card home address and all my details remarkable experience.
