Security Federal Bank App

First off I LOVE my bank. They do banking like it used to and still needs to be done! The app just keeps getting better and better, whether it’s to transfer, view accounts, message a real person and get non AI generated responses they have it all. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a bank and an app ran by people who care - security federal is the one and only choice that makes a difference. And nope - I don’t work for them - lol - me and my entire family just trust real people that care and deliver.

I am not happy with the new ap. It is not user friendly. It can be very hard to figure out how to edit or delete or set up payments. I don’t like the user screens and the alert system. I had no problems using the old ap but do not like this one at all.

Both of these aspects are very difficult to set up. I have an account and loan with same bank but app asks me questions that app should know. Also why is there not a sign out option. I’d feel better. I guess closing app is how it’s done.
