Your cutoff times for checking deposits is less than favorable. Why do you review low dollar amount deposits on accounts with higher daily balances or on checks that are deposited regularly ( drawn on the same account and deposited monthly for over 3 years for 200$)

I love my bank any time I have a problem I address it with my bank and they help get everything right. ❤️❤️10 out of 10 I always recommend.

It nearly takes an act of god and one of my kidneys to deposits a small check. The check was made out to cash and I signed the back and wrote “for deposit only” on the back. It was rejected because the check was not written out to me and o did. It write “ for deposit using the queensborough app”. The check was for $70 and they could have held it until it cleared. Nice people but behind the time with reality of people living real lives.
