A nice update with detailed information , helpful features and a lot of customization. However it’s extremely laggy when navigating through the Cards view. Switching between credit and debit cards just stops all activity for several dozen seconds. The separate, accompanying Cards App doesn’t have any instructions. I can’t tell if I meed a separate sign in, cause my current credentials don’t work with it. All in all, i like it and suggest all PCFCU customers use it.
Your old software was really fine and I didn’t have any issues with it. Then you “improved it” and did away with the deposit information on pending auto deposits. Now we get info that it’s pending but you took away the date it will be credited. Never take away functionality. Another new thing I don’t like is you combined accounts that have me as a common account holder. I have accounts with two different people. They were separate accounts for a reason yet you decided to put them together so the person on each account could see my financial status on the other account. And when I discovered it and contacted you to undo it, you told me I was stuck with it. The harm was already done and my business was shared with people who didn’t need to know. Go back to the old way. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
I’ve been a member for about 7 years have three accounts and a business. In the last two years they have really gone down hill. Today was the last straw for me. You would think the affair the bank teller had with my husband would have been but it wasn’t. (They met at the bank and she knew he was my husband because she opened our joint marital account and our children’s starter accounts) Today I got gas and they held $76 for 8 minutes verses the $32 I actually pumped. No sign was posted about holding at the station which that was dealt with as well. The bank charged me an overdraft for a pending withdrawal. After speaking with them they refused to remove the overdraft charges told me I need to be more aware of the gas station policy. So with the overdraft it put me into the negative balance. When the actually $32 pulled they charged me again. Not to mention the other three pending transactions i have which I had to transfer money to keep from getting overdraft fees on those as well. I wouldn’t be so upset if this was the first time but it’s the 4th time this year. Then they had a glitch in their system that caused charges in 24 hour period to be ran twice. I had 7 overdraft that day and two bounced check. Yes the bank waved the overdraft but I was still stuck with paying $90 to the two companies for bounced checks and was flagged in their systems to not be allowed to pay with checks any longer. I honestly do not see this banks doors being opened for another 25 years if they continue to conduct business this way. They are losing 4 accounts today. I just wonder how many more accounts will be closed before they make a change. I have a feeling they will be another Wells Fargo before it’s all over with.
