Screw Snap: Nuts & Bolts Jam

I downloaded this game through a third-party app that offers monetary rewards for completing time-based goals. The game was working properly while I was actively playing. However, after stepping away for approximately one hour, I returned and attempted to reopen the app, only to have it freeze immediately. The game will not load or open at all. This issue is preventing me from completing my time-based goals, which directly affects my ability to earn the promised rewards. I have not changed any settings or made any updates during this time. Please address this issue as soon as possible

I was able to play for about 5 mins this evening before the screen froze in an add and now I’m unable to open the app. Hope this is an easy fix.

After playing many games, the main screen has shifted down just enough that I can’t see what color is below the three icons for more drilled wholes, glass breaker, or the magnet. So, with that said, I can’t complete any games-I really enjoyed the game but now I can’t finish any game because of these icons blocking the tiles. Can this be fixed somehow?
