The Spurs app keeps you connected with one of the greatest NBA teams in the land. The San Antonio Spurs’s story and future will bring you ecstatic joy, stories of victory, and triumph, also lessons of trials and tribulations, and how to overcome. A team full of storied legends and history that against all odds achieved their goals and highest feats of victory. The Spurs are a storied culture a lifestyle. I recommend getting the app and following the San Antonio Spurs. It’ll bring a light into your world. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk
As a hardcore fan of the San Antonio Spurs, this app is a must-have to staying connected to the best team!! From the moment I downloaded it, I could feel the excitement and energy of the Spurs basketball right at my finger tips. Whether it’s accessing real time game stats, player profiles or exclusive content, this app delivers everything a true fan could ever want. Also the interface is sleek and user friendly, making it effortless to catch up on highlights or follow live updates during games. I particularly love the notifications feature- it ensures I never miss a key moment whether it’s tip off, a buzzer beater or post game recaps. The app design also reflects the team spirits with bold visuals and engaging content that captures the essence of Spurs Basketball. As someone who bleeds black and silver, I appreciate the app’s ability to bring me closer to the team I’ve loved for years. It makes me feel like part of the Spurs family, whether I am turning in for News, game highlights, game schedules or exclusive offers for fans. For any Spurs supporter like me this app isn’t just a tool-it’s a celebration of our unwavering passion for our team.
It used to have a native ticket manager in the app. It had some flaws but was generally pretty usable. But something changed in the last few days that makes managing tickets UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE. According to the App Store, the last update was four months ago, so they must have slipped this little doozy in with the hopes no one would notice or care. Suddenly the native ticket manager is gone, and when you go to the ticket manager section, the app turns into a browser for a bafflingly unusable Ticketmaster web page. It is so bad. I have to login every time I go to that section. It doesn’t remember my login email or password, even though I check the “remember me” box when logging in. Once in the Ticketmaster site, a new navigation UI appears that you have to use to go backwards and forwards in the site. After viewing your ticket, if you do the logical thing and swipe from the left to right to go back to your list of tickets, you actually exit out of the ticket manager site and HAVE TO SIGN BACK IN in order to view your tickets again. On top of this, the “add to apple wallet” button doesn’t work, so I have no alternative interface with which to manage or even view my tickets. This is a complete disaster, and I have some questions for whoever thought it was a good idea to try this during the playoffs. 1) Could you really not wait a couple more weeks to roll out this smoldering landfill of an update? 2) Did you not think to test basic usability before dropping this hot diaper of a user experience on the Spurs family? 3) Does your total disregard for your users keep you up at night? Give me the old experience back. This one belongs in the trash.
