Runcam Legacy

I play airsoft and I’ve been wanting a run cam scope cam 2 4k for awhile now. I finally get one and can’t even use the app because this outdated and horrible app won’t connect to the camera. I’ve read the manual and read forums and got it to connect once and then the video preview shows purple and blur streaks that are recorded when using the apps record button. But if I don’t use the app and record from the camera I have no issues with the video. Close out the app and reopen and can’t connect the camera without issues. So how am I supposed to mess with any settings when using a broken app that won’t connect half of the time. Fix your buggy app that everyone hates and fix the UI to make it less of a hassle to actually use. Extremely disappointed

I’m don’t k ow if it’s a bug or my camera but when I connect (and yes I’m fallowing the direction to the letter) the app doesn’t not let me see what the camera is looking at the only why to tell is to recored and look back I have the scope cam 2 basic but it’s still 141 dollars and a hold work fine if someone know who to fix the problem please let me know otherwise I’ll be returning this product and never buy a product for this company again I urge anyone who is think about buying to reconsider and choose something else

It is very easy to use. No brainer! QR scan is a great idea I would like to add callsign/pilot name with option of turn on/off to show on screen in Runcam 5 camera for who wants to use Runcam 5 only for FPV since FCC required a callsign display on screen in FPV cam. People will like it if add in Runcam app to QR scan to put callsign in Runcam 5 cam. Simple and quick! If Runcam adds in app then lot of people will be surprised and glad to use Runcam 5 as FPV and recording in same time. Thanks!
