RTR Pilates

The RTR Pilates studios are fantastic and this review is only for the sub-standard app. The app seriously needs to up its game to better reflect the studios it serves. It’s laggy, hard to tell what studio schedule you’re looking at, and I can’t find a place to see how many classes I’ve used up of my monthly allowance, and how many I have left. There should be a landing page that shows you exactly what you’ve used, what you have left, and allows you to click on the studio you want to search. Each studio should be represented by a different color to help identify which studio you’re booking. When going through the calendar, it needs to be smooth and you shouldn’t have to scroll through days to get to what you want. Overall, the app needs a ton of work and it’s time to step it up!

I love this app! I use it all the time to book classes; it is very easy to use! It even stores your schedule of booked classes for you, syncs with mobile calendars, and sends out class changes alerts for weather closings and substitute teacher changes - very convenient!

This app delivers as promised: easy class scheduling, filter results by class type/level or by instructor, ability to view account information and purchase class packages, syncs directly to my calendar and works perfectly every time. I've used it for two years now without any hiccups or glitches. Awesome!
