realme Link

First, when I installed the app, I tried to change the app language to English. My phone is set to Japanese for study purposes, but some apps I need in English because the interface is too complicated for my knowledge. This doesn’t work. It didn’t matter if I uninstalled and reinstalled, I restarted the phone, anything. This is specifically a realme issue, none of my other apps have ever done this. Second, I struggled to make an account because of some error that was incredibly vague. I finally forced it, so that I could use the app and adjust my earbud settings. Why I need a whole account to do this is beyond me, but okay. Without this restriction, it wouldn’t have taken me hours to set up my device between this and consulting Google Translate for the app language issue. Now, my earbuds keep believing they aren’t in my ear. I don’t know why. But I can’t just turn off the sensor and use noise cancelling without the ear detection. Because my earbuds are having issues, you would assume the software would allow me to turn off this feature and just use noise cancelling without all of the detection nonsense. Nope. If these die, I’m never buying realme brand again. I was so happy that this earbud got great reviews for a decent price, and while the earbuds work enough, the application is infuriating every step of the way.

I just bought the device today. wanted to get some extra featues connecting the app. but it is not connecting with the app. Showing “No Device Found”. My device is iphone xs. could you please help me with it?

I got Dizo GoPods D and it can’t connect it says search it down below manually if you can’t find it there is no search bar and why would you advertise that it could connect with realme link if it’s not even in the connecting choices like what are you guys doing this app has 3.3 stars right now do you guys just don’t care about this app if you don’t u might as well delete it and not advertise that certain products can’t connect to realme link like these look really cool and there’s a game mode which I want to you it look cool in the manual too but you know I can’t connect them
