RBC Insurance - My Benefits

I have been trying to register for a while and it wouldn’t work because it was asking for “Group Policy Information. So I used the “forget password” option and I was able to choose that I have a “Personal Policy” and not a “Group Policy”and it worked for a millisecond. After thinking that I’m good with logging in, I closed the App and tried to reopen it. Now it keeps saying that there is a technical issue. Oh boy!!

This is ridiculous, app completely ignores the “remember me” option and you have to enter login, password AND SMS code every time you want to use it Freaks me out every time I need it to check the coverage and stuff

The benefit coverage section is terrible. Doesn’t tell you what specifically you’re covered for, doesn’t show balances and no option to even download the employer benefits package. Very hard to determine why a claim wasn’t processed and why only a portion was covered when you have 100% coverage. Not impressed with the app at all.
