No biometric login. Cannot see claim activity. Why did Empire bother with an app?
Works to submit claims, but lacks functionality. Needs to add ability to see status of submitted claims, and view coverage and available balances. You need to log into the website to see those.
The app requires a log in every time, that is the point of having the convenience of the app… There is no way to see what your coverage is, how much of your balances are left, and most importantly, history of your submitted claims. The only useful things the app allows are to submit a claim and to view your benefits card, which is the bare minimum at best. This app is way behind their competitors when it comes to having a robust and useful app.
