This app is amazing. I my parents are living in the place where Internet is next to impossible. It helps me a lot to make a call and manage to talk to my parents. I love it. It’s not expensive and the Voice is very clear. We don’t get a lot of disconnections. But I have one request, please make it more accessible. Because the people who are voice over or talkback users. I mean, the people who are blind and using phone having a hard time using this app because there are some keys or certain functions do not speak out that makes hard to fully function. Please make it more accessible, so everybody can use it. I am legally blind, I myself is experiencing this. Please take it Positive and make it the best one.

They only have a few customer service employee. Some of them switch up names to assist you if your not satisfied with the customer service you will still be stuck in the same loop. There is no manager on site. I have been using the app for a while, use to use their cards. The app is horrible. Created a new account recently. The email won’t let me log on saying “record not found” when I go under forgot password I do get the email back with the password but the app won’t register the account saying account not registered. I called in for help the customer service assistant got all my personal information including my full credit card and we unable to fix my my log in issue. How do we know our personal information is not bring sold especially credit card information. I gave it three stars because even though the app is horrible once the set up is up and running the system works. But there is way to much trust being put forth on these guys who most likely are running a scam, maybe robbing people of their personal information there is no way of knowing.

It’s very cheap prices for calling around the world . Previously the minutes were more but now they have become greedy and cut short the minutes. Plus they have the worse costumer service and IT people working for them .once the app doesn’t work they are sleeping and don’t bother to fix it. Please don’t cut the minutes plus make your app easily working and hire professional to make the app upto standard. It’s like a old window app. Sometimes crash by itself. And frequently shows network missing. You are taking costumers money then you should provide them great business in return. Recently they raised the prices for various countries like 500%. Who in earth jumps from few percent to hundreds percent. Was getting like 400 minutes to uae for 10 $ now getting 90 minutes. That’s very disappointing. Was using it. Everyday but now can’t use it anymore. Very disappointed.
