Sometimes the call receiver is some one else in Eritrean calls

Purchase called credit but never received called credit under the account . Reported the issue to customer service, provided receipt and email back and forward over 3 months, i never got refund or called credit, it completely waste my time and money.

Many UN recognized countries are not listed (for example, Cyprus), therefore making topping up in these countries impossible. Furthermore, listing of the expiration date for credit cards is arbitrary, making payment impossible. For example, if your card expires in 2023, you will not be able to make payments. But if it expires in 2022, you can make payments. I have never seen an app that makes payment so hard. Its as if the developers do not want to make money?
