Abbey is an amazing coach/instructor/person. If you are looking for a way to get fit, have fun, and not quit after 5 days- this app and her classes are the way to do it!
I love all the features this app has. There is a community group where you can interact with others who are doing the same workouts as you and you can share pictures and tag people. I also like how organized the workout sections are. And there’s everything from stretching courses, dancing, and cardio/strength workouts too so there are so many options to stay active! It also tracks your progress and the number of each workout you complete so it kind of makes it a fun little game. 10/10 would recommend!
