Inestable e incompleta
Para empezar, siempre pide contraseña. No permite identificación biométrica. Tengo que poner mi contraseña cada vez, causando pérdida de tiempo. Algunas funciones van bien una vez y otras no. Por ejemplo ayer quise cancelar una cita y me marcaba error. Después de 3 intentos lo aceptó. Da la sensación de una App no terminada y con bastantes defectos que los desarrolladores deberían de terminar. Han pasado varios años y aún parece una versión beta. Ojalá nos ofrezcan una mejor App pronto!

Unusable since last update
When it works it’s great, but unfortunately the app isn’t working FULL OF BUGS. I can’t make an appointment anymore, I can’t sign in to my appointment at the hospital anymore and it gives loads of errors. Whoever is in charge of updating this app really should be fired. It was just updated 2 days ago and it’s worse than ever.

Can’t book appointment
It doesn’t give you option to select insurance provider and thus does allow you to book an appointment. Useless. The latest update ruined the app
