Quad Word

Quad Word is one of the last word games I must complete when I wake up. It has become such a habit that I need to finish Quad Word before I can truly start my day! It’s always especially rewarding to solve all four words correctly — something I usually manage to accomplish, even when there’s only one line left. I highly recommend challenging yourself with Quad Word every day. I may not go to the gym, but I certainly exercise my brain! It’s my daily brain shaker!

If there is a choice to be made of a letter or word to fill in such as “_atch”, the correct answer is the last choice made. Not sometimes, not often, but every time, the answer is the last choice made. It had gotten to be a running joke with my wife and me. And it’s true whether there are 3 choices for the correct letter or 5. It doesn’t make the game more challenging and ultimately has a negative effect on the player. Not much fun playing a game that is supposed to be based on skill but, in the end is out of the players control.

I really enjoy this game however it repeats words quite often. There has to be over 10,000 5 letter words available. But, after playing three or four games, I’m solving a repeat word. Also, you like plural 4 letter words! That’s just lazy. I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing. Get your techs to enlarge the vocabulary! Thanks!
