Connect Words - Puzzle Game

I was playing Connections online, but it kept repeating levels and I could never remember where I left off. Got this over the NYT app (just a general aversion to large companies and what they might charge for). Very short ads after most levels (sometimes not), and no microtransaction temptations to beat hard levels. So far, I haven't seen an option for skipping any levels in case I get stuck and there doesn't seem to be a guess limit, which may prove challenging on hard levels I can't solve. Either way, it's been very fun for the last hour of playing.

Unless you LOVE watching Royal Match ads every other minute you will not last long here. The ads are very repetitive and get old fast. The categories also are really repetitive so after a week of playing the game gets really easy - because you will have all the categories memorized. It really was fun for about a week, though. By the way: ALFA is not part of the NATO alphabet - it is spelt ALPHA. ALFA - as in Alfa Romeo - is a car.

I love the New York Times connections, and being able to play whenever I want feels great. But the NYT connections have a few more advantages over this game. 1. “One away” In the NYT connections, when you are one option off from a correct group, it has a little pop up saying “one away” if you add this to your game, maybe through the settings, it could make it much easier and more fun. 2. Difficulty. The NYT connections are infamously difficult. So by turning something on in the settings, it would give you harder puzzles. Solid game, just a tad unpolished.
