I had an issue with my game opening to a black screen and nothing else. I contacted tech support and couldn't be happier. I dealt with Cameron Ambrose via email and she did everything in her power to
solve my problem with a lot of suggestions which nothing helped. I didn't want to delete the game since I had been playing it since January would lose all my advancement and points. We finally decided to delete it after figuring out about how far I was in the game by my remembering one of the last pictures I solved and I re downloaded it and signed in to it which I hadn't done before and she was able to restore it to where I left off. She deserves praise for sticking with me right through the whole process. Thank you again Cameron.

This is the second month in a row that Ive missed out on final bonus for daily game. This due to it showing complete and it wasn't, I'm missing out on coins and freebies given đĄ Changed to a 5 due to apps response. Thank you for fixing glitch and making it right. Great and refreshing response đ
Changed back to a 2 because it happened again. Sent email a week ago and no response.

Game is fixed and working fine now. Thx, developer. Previous review....Since the last update, my game opens then immediately crashes and takes me back to my ipad homepage. They need to fix this. NOW! It prevents me from keeping up my daily puzzle goals and prevents me from playing the game at all. I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, hard shut down, restart...nothing works. Love the game, hate the last update.
