Don’t bother with this app. 1. Every time you want to use it you will have to log in……again. This means you have to get the verification code……again. And wait till it decides to work……maybe. Meanwhile the queue behind you waiting to order gets longer & longer. Great service……not. 2. IF this verification works you then attempt to actually use the app - when you purchase your meal/drinks. Forget that - as it doesn’t add any points. And that means you can’t enter any of their competitions. 3. Eight of us tonight tried to get this pathetic app to work. None worked as it should have. The old Montys that it replaced was good. It encouraged you to use it. And it had a good vibe. This rubbish app makes you feel you’re being ripped off. Well you ARE being ripped off because it does not do what you are told it will do. I don’t want to use it & don’t have any enticement to go to an ALH pub. Best to go elsewhere where you don’t feel ripped off. I can walk to the ALH pub. Or I can drive 15 mins to another non ALH pub. Guess which I prefer?

The app simply won’t load. When I try to load app, I get wait circle & app does not present login screen. Therefore, InHave not been able to use this app for ages & truly wonder why my local hotel has advised me to sign up to an app that goes no where near working. A waste of time unless you are into getting frustrated. Amazing no developer has responded to my earlier poor review. Deleted app TWICE today & still could not log in after 2 reinstallation & attempts to login. To make the app totally & utterly useless I was NOT able to give feedback (with photos) via Support link. Feedback would NOT submit. Tried submitting a couple of times. This app needs work - or someone to contact me to sort out my loading problems.

You can't stack the same type of pub+ coins to save them and you can't choose when you use them, making this the worst implemented rewards program that I've used. Please Make it better in the next update.
