Easy to use and convenient. There’s a wide range of psychologists available and the process of booking with a therapist is pretty simple. There are some useful features like showing the time elapsing during the session. Video and sound quality is also good.

Thought it was really easy to use. Good information on the therapists available. Didn't seem to have any issues about connecting when it was time for my appointment. Overall very professional.

Downloaded app and scheduled first 25min free appt for next day. Found it odd that the app didn’t allow me to see available dates beyond this week in August and then jumped to the following month. Also weird that the app contained no messaging system for questions / technical errors etc, but ok. So appt time comes around and I enter “waiting room” - and nothing. I wait 12 minutes and the try restarting the app. I got a white screen saying signalling error and that’s it. Full 30 mins now since my appt was supposed to start. No contact from the doctor/app - both I presume can see my contact info and could just email or call to say, hey we’re sorry. I had to write an email to the general contact us section on their website to even say there’s been an issue. What an incredibly unprofessional bunch of people. These aren’t hairdressing’s appointments.
