Fix your app. Spent 20 min trying to pay and didn't work. Went elsewhere. Don't download. Waste of your time

This app does not work! The payment just won’t go through, and it shows an error message every single freaking time. My cards have no problems and so does my Apple Pay. I love how they said the offers are exclusive to mobile/online orders when they clearly won’t work.

Tried multiple times to place an order. Paid through Apple Pay once final and got the chime indicating payment went through. Called store I was picking up from and they don’t receive order. Tell me to call Help Centre for the app…there is no such option…just a form you submit to get support email you in 24-48 hours. I called back and asked the worker how we can place my order and how to contact immediate Support…can’t help and advised the Help Centre they’d referred was “generic help centre like for any app”. Okay. I try placing order a 3rd time and still not seeing a confirmation after I pay. Thinking it went through and might only show as completed once picked up, I call the store back to confirm they receive it…they are now refusing to answer my call. Sucky app. Suckier customer service.
