Very easy to use, great service, delivers worldwide

Formerly, this was a 5 star product and business firm. Now, my recent order was never received and Popcarte customer service button doesn’t work. No one to email to request a replacement card. My cash will remain useless, sitting in this app, because I no longer trust it.

I quickly grabbed this as soon as I saw it, because I think it's a brilliant idea. Setting up delivery of a card is a snap. The process is intuitive, streamlined, and feature-rich. You're even able to add a signature, directly from your iPhone. Placing an order is just as simple. You have the choice to either pay as you go (each time), or purchase credit in advance to use toward cards in the future. Nice touch, especially if you only plan on sending a few cards at a time, and don't want to enter your payment information every time. I just placed my first order, and had it shipped to myself, so I can see how the final product looks. I assume, that if the quality of the card matches the quality of the app, it'll be excellent. I'll alter my review if the card arrives shoddy, but I doubt that will be the case.
