I know I’m not crazy because I swear it’s the only online casino that offers 1 Free Spin daily that ALWAYS lands on NO WIN 🤣 There is no way that doesn’t scream of purely Rigged. I am serious when I say it’s the ONLY app where I never ever ever land on anything but a no win and the slots that I often hit on FanDuel or DK, are the slots that through this casino, I never win either. I am not naive so I know slots are a hit or miss and more of a miss then anything but not like in this casino. Just no way!!!! Sorry not sorry about suggesting other casinos because if this casino doesn’t mind robbing folks, than I don’t mind sharing better options 🤷🏽‍♀️ I couldn’t be more annoyed quite frankly. Plus they offered a $20 match for a $20 deposit and nothing else was anywhere in small print so don’t even try to tell me that ish because I screenshot everything because of the constant developers I see lying on the customers. If I could upload photos in this review, I’d do exactly that. I deposited $20 immediately looking forward to playing $40 once they added the imaginary $20 match to my deposit. I played my $20 thinking they may add it AFTER I play even though all other apps add it immediately after you make your deposit. I say don’t waste your time. Reading over these reviews are fishy too and plus I don’t really deal with anything under 4.5 - 4.7 stars. Even a tiny bit under 4.5 means NO GOOD. Finding a reliable casino app can be tough. Any review that mentions losing money as a reason to rate low should not be trusted. Losing is a risk we take when we play the game. With that being said, this app is perfect. I only play the live dealer games and they seem to have every single game. The app is simple and easy to navigate. Customer service was very responsive and I’ve never been through a verification process in under 24 hours.. on a weekend. This is the primary reason for me giving 5 stars. I submitted a withdrawal request at 2PM. I got the verification email at 4PM. Sent my documents immediately and got the deposit notification at 11PM on that same day. They seem to operate more efficiently than many of the other casinos out there. My only drawback, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, they enforce responsible gaming on you. There are deposit limits that are set. These could vary, but mine seem to be $1k a day. Another FYI, read the terms and conditions of those deposit matches. If it is not 1x play through on all games, don’t take the offer. You will never play through enough to make the offer worth considering.

I’m not gonna lie the reviews had me a bit frantic. I didn’t wanna put any money into it. I decided to give it a try. I won a good amount of money without bonus. My first withdrawal I was a bit nervous because I read so many horrific reviews about it. I withdrew on a Thursday and it was there Monday morning around 4am. 3-5 business as they say and it was just that. Now for the customer service part. I talk with three different people. The first two was awesome and took care of an issue I had with no problem or attitude. Now for Ben whoever he is. Very much so rude. Not to mention he cut my conversation short in the middle of me texting. His attitude came out at the very beginning. He was too busy trying to tell me something I know. Overall still a good app just wish it was a way Ben could’ve got a little more peace of my mind after ending my chat when I’m a paying customer that was relatively still talking. Five ⭐️ because your app is amazing just get Ben off the lines of communication
